Guinness World Record by Indian Skydivers

On 14th August 2026, Guinness World Records officially confirmed the record that three UAE-based Indians helped set a Guinness World Record in Libya.

  • Jamsheer Thanalot, Abhishek Rawat and Isha Raj were the only Indian participants.
  • A total of 65 skydivers jumped together from 13,000 feet carrying their national flags.
  • The group set a record for the most skydivers jumping together with national flags.
  • Participants from 38 nationalities took part in the record-setting activity.
  • The skydivers jumped from a military Ilyushin Il-76TD aircraft during the attempt.
  • The record attempt was conducted in Libya on 7th August 2026.
