Tenzing Norgay National Adventure Awards 2024

On 2nd September 2026, the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports announced four Tenzing Norgay National Adventure Awards 2024 (TNNAA) awardees.

Baljeet Kaur and Skalzang Rigzin were selected for Land Adventure.
Rimo Saha was selected for Water Adventure.
Shiv Prasad Chamoli received the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Each awardee will receive a statuette, certificate and ₹15 lakh cash prize.
President Droupadi Murmu will present the awards at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
The awards recognise excellence in adventure activities across four categories.
They promote courage, endurance, discipline, risk-taking and teamwork among youth.
The National Selection Committee evaluated nominations and recommended the awardees.
