EOS-05 Earth Observation Satellite Launched

On 4th September 2026, Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) launched its advanced Earth observation satellite EOS-05 aboard Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle (GSLV-F17) from Satish Dhawan Space Centre, marking India’s first imaging satellite intended for geosynchronous orbit.
