India-Egypt Joint Special Forces Exercise CYCLONE

A contingent of 25 Indian Army personnel arrived in Egypt on 22^nd January, 2024 to participate in the 2nd edition of the India-Egypt Joint Special Forces Exercise CYCLONE, taking place in Anshas, Egypt, from January 22 to February 1, 2024.

• Objective of the Exercise: Exercise CYCLONE focuses on familiarizing both sides with operating procedures in the context of Special Operations in desert and semi-desert terrains, adhering to Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter.
