CERT-In Launches SAMVAAD 2025 in Tamil Nadu

On 19th May 2025, CERT-In SAMVAAD 2025, India’s premier national cybersecurity audit conference, began on May 19 in Mahabalipuram, aiming to enhance the country’s cyber audit capabilities through collaboration and innovation.

The three-day event, hosted by the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) in partnership with SkillsDA, brought together over 300 participants including government officials, regulators, cybersecurity experts, and auditing bodies.
In his keynote address, S. Krishnan, Secretary at MeitY, emphasized the need for innovation in cybersecurity auditing practices, advanced risk assessments, and increased attention to new and emerging technologies.
CERT-In Director General Dr. Sanjay Bahl highlighted that SAMVAAD 2025 is the first global conference focused exclusively on the auditing community, reinforcing the government's commitment to cybersecurity resilience.
