Swachhata Pakhwada Award 2025

On 3rd February 2026, Paradip Port Authority won the First Prize at the Swachhata Pakhwada Awards 2025, instituted by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways.

PPA effectively implemented the three core pillars — Jan Bhagidari, Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam, and Safai Mitra Suraksha.
Under Jan Bhagidari, large-scale cleanliness drives were conducted across schools, heritage sites, beaches, temples, ponds, and port areas, supported by rallies, cyclothons, Swachhata Runs, and citizen-led campaigns.
