Auto Mutation System and Paperless Registration 2.0

On 23rd June 2026, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini launched the Auto Mutation System and Paperless Registration 2.0 to strengthen digital governance, transparency, and ease of public service delivery.
- Under the Auto Mutation System, citizens will no longer be required to submit separate applications for mutation of land records after property registration.
- Mutation documents can now be downloaded online from home, eliminating repeated visits to government offices.
- The initiatives aim to provide time-bound, transparent, and hassle-free land registration and mutation services.
