PM Family Care Tracker Pilot Project Launched

On 28th June 2026, Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Amit Shah inaugurated the 'PM Family Care Tracker' pilot project in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

The PM Family Care Tracker is an integrated digital platform that tracks health, nutrition, and education from pregnancy until 18 years of age.
It uses a unique ID linked to the Birth Registration Number or ABHA ID to create a continuous beneficiary record.
The platform integrates data from multiple government databases and generates risk alerts for vaccination, malnutrition, school enrolment, and dropout monitoring.
It aims to ensure timely identification and delivery of government welfare benefits to pregnant women and children up to 18 years.
