Four Media Portals Launched by Ministry of I and B

On 22nd February, 2024, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (I&B) launches Press Sewa, LCO Register, CBC, and NaViGate Bharat portals, streamlining media services.

Press Sewa: Publishers can register titles online with real-time tracking and a 'Probability Meter'.
DM Module: District Magistrates can manage applications centrally.
User-Friendly Interface: Accessible information and AI-based chatbot for easy interaction.
PRP Act, 2023: Aims at automating newspaper registration processes.
LCO Database: Creation of a comprehensive database for regulating cable television.
