Online Water Analyser Pilot Project Launched

On 15th June 2026, the Delhi Jal Board launched a pilot project in Gulmohar Park, New Delhi, by installing an Online Water Analyser for real-time monitoring of water quality.

• The initiative was launched following complaints of water contamination in the Gulmohar Park area.
• The online analyser continuously monitors key water quality parameters such as pH level, total dissolved solids (TDS), and chlorine content.
• The technology enables early detection of contamination and helps identify the source of contamination within the water distribution network.
• The project is being implemented under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.
